The death of 20-year-old Neetu Kumari under suspicious circumstances in Badki Dhawa village of Ekangarsarai police station area of Nalanda has created a sensation in the entire area. The family members of the deceased have made serious allegations of murder against the in-laws. At the same time, the in-laws are talking about suicide.
Neetu Kumari was the wife of Mohit Paswan and mother of a one-year-old child. The news of Neetu’s death reached her maternal home on Friday evening. The parents allege that when they reached the spot, Neetu’s body was lying on the bed, which does not match the story of suicide. They say that Neetu was strangled to death and later an attempt was made to make it look like suicide.

The in-laws claim that Neetu had attempted suicide several times before. He said that after a dispute between the husband and wife on Friday evening, when the husband went out of the house, Neetu went into the room and hanged herself.

Ekangarsarai police station incharge Akhilesh Kumar Jha said that the post-mortem of the body is being conducted and the police is investigating the matter. He said that the actual cause of death will be known only after the post mortem report comes.
